Saperstein Symposium for the Science of Peace

The Center for Peace and Conflict Studies invites Ph.D. student applicants from across the social and behavioral sciences to join a select group of emerging scholars at Wayne State University! Dive into focused research, writing and collaboration, gaining insights that could redefine how we study peace. As a fellow, you’ll receive a travel allowance, on-campus housing and dining and a $3,000 stipend—all while connecting with like-minded researchers from across the social and behavioral sciences. We’re awarding up to 10 fellowships each year through 2029, creating a dynamic network of scholars committed to advancing peace. Applications open soon!
